Your personnel are the greatest asset to your organisation – but only if you train them in the skills that your business needs. Training is a broad subject and our climbing wall can be used to good effect to provide interpersonal skills training – trust, teamwork, etc. through the successful completion of challenges on the climbing wall. Trust takes on a whole new perspective when you’re dangling 20ft up in the air with the wind whistling through the company car park! |

We have developed a number of team based challenges that are ideally suited to personnel teams of 6 to 8 people – the magical numbers where team based activities become difficult to manage due to individual personalities taking control. |

ready2climb is unique in the South West as the only training provider using a mobile climbing wall. Our experienced staff members have considerable experience in the provision of training courses and all have worked in “real” industries to enable a cohesive, business need focussed approach to training. Often, we work alongside other training providers so that businesses can provide a broad spectrum of training opportunities. |

Our challenges are methodically researched and developed by our own staff and prototyped on our own bouldering wall at our office facilities. With specifically identified learning outcomes, our climbing wall is simply used as a tool, a means to an end. |
