Terms and conditions

If you choose to cancel with less than 6 weeks notice, we will invoice you for a further 30% of the total charge

A £100 booking deposit is required at confirmation of booking. We will reserve provisional bookings for seven days before the deposit is required.

The remainder of the hiring fee will be invoiced for payment approximately three weeks prior to the booked date.

If you choose to cancel the booking at any time after booking, we reserve the right to retain your deposit to cover our administration costs.

Payment Schedules

If you choose to cancel with less than 3 weeks notice, then the full hiring amount is payable.

If ready2climb have to cancel, the limit of our liability shall be equal to the amount already paid by you - i.e. you will be reimbursed any monies already paid. Obviously, we aren’t going to cancel unless there is an incredibly good reason. We don’t want to ruin our business relationship with you!

Mechanical Liabilities

Although we maintain our climbing wall in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, it is a mechanical device. We cannot guarantee full availability due to mechanical malfunction during operation.
